Word provides a variety of viewing options for your document. The Page Layout view will display your headers and footers.

Change To Page Layout View

Click View, Page Layout

Word displays your final document as it will appear when you print it. The headers and footers appear in a lighter color.

Press the PgUp and PgDn key a few times to see both pages.

Click View, Normal

Word returns to the normal document view.
